the UN’s top court, the International Court of Justice (ICJ), will hear Israel’s response to a case brought by South Africa calling for Israel to halt its offensive in Rafah in the Gaza war.
The court is already considering a case brought by South Africa in January accusing Israel of committing genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza.
Israel has rejected the claim as false and “grossly distorted”.
Meanwhile, there has been further calls for Israel to allow more aid into Gaza by reopening the Rafah crossing.

I am 100% sure (God forbid) that the US, UK, Israel, Germany have put a gag on these judges to never conclude this case. If this is "genocide" (which Hamas has claimed to have been happening for ages, even despite the fact that Gaza's population growth rate and birth rate outstrips those of Israel) then:
i) Why isn't a single Muslim country doing anything substantive to help their Muslim "brothers" and "sisters"? (e.g. sending in their armies, declaring war, etc). Egypt and Jordan still have their peace treaties with Israel. Iran sent over a volley of drones one night. Hezbollah in Lebanon shells a few Northern Israeli towns, occasionally. But that's it. Just some lame symbolic measures to try and back up a lame clam of "genocide".
ii) Where is Hamas in all of this? They haven't lost a single fighter so far (according to Hamas). So what are they doing? Just cowering down in what's left of their tunnels while letting Israel have their way with their own people on the surface? Does no one in Hamas have the guts to go up and face the IDF at all?
iii) If Israel is committing "genocide" and slaughtering no one but Gazan "civilians", then why has Hamas' military capacity collapsed so spectacularly over the past few months? (Despite not losing a single fighter, of course)? Seems kind of strange to me, given my limited knowledge of the history of warfare, that a fighting force with "0 casualties" would somehow be able to be hamstrung so badly in such a situation.
