What an incredible attempt at manipulating people into thinking you got a dui becumause you had 1 drink. That's not how science works buddy. Youre 170-180 lbs. "Even if you have ONE drink, don't get behind the wheel." A statement vague enough to deny he meant it that way later one. His whole statement seems insincere. I get the impression that this is his inner dialog- "I may have blown over the limit, but I wasn't impaired. I dont deserve this DUI."
"I try to hold myself to a very high standard..for myself and (almost trying to make people laugh), this was not that".
"I found myself in a position where I could have made a different decision"- he wants us to know that he was in his right mind and thinking rationally.

95% of people have drove drunk at one point in their life.Probably even a higher % than that.Because he's a celebrity he's in a spotlight,that would suck to be him.
@assilaasplundh
He is holding himself accountable. Very few people do that. Trust me, in my industry every department points fingers, and this is just career based. Respect to JT!

Just to see a grown man that’s in the spotlight simply own up to his mistakes is almost unheard of these days!!! Much respect sir. We all fall short sometimes. What’s important is we learn from them and don’t make the same mistakes again!! Best of luck to you

Because he has money, this incident will do little to no damage to his life, while the same experience could ruin the life of an average citizen.
@GavinNikel11
Traffic infraction? You mean DUI.. why sugarcoat?
@h-waytwan1257
Drinking and driving just is not worth ruining your life on or even ending someone else's life its consequences of actions.
