Yoon should look at himself ( after given the VVIP grand welcome by Biden) offered military bases to the US to extend their Global military presence am( conning these countries that the US would "protect them" the greatest US crony was the Philippines 🇵🇭 offering 9 bases and already the US were building up their military and weaponry to move closer to China and the NK.
