Angolan Mediators are still pushing to diffuse tensions between DR Congo and Rwanda. They have made some headway in unpicking the rivalries and mistrust behind the 3 year M23 insurgency in DR Congo’s east. But implementing what’s agreed on the ground will be tough. FRANCE 24’s Emmet Livingstone, in Goma, has more.

  1. Dealing with Congolese politicians, including the president of Congo, is like dealing with toddlers. They will agree with things and change their minds at the last minute, which is very annoying and depressing.
