I think those communities could be helped more effectively if they accurately defined their specific problems. We are accustomed to ridiculous racist rhetoric from one side, and tepid ineffective idealism from the other. What, exactly, is the problem? Too many? A backlog? Insufficient processing parameters? Tough to fix a polarized, political agenda, when it really is an issue that deals with the lives of people that have nothing but a chance at a new life far away from home
