the Chinese President Xi Jinping is starting his first official engagements of his two-day visit to Hungary.
He will be meeting the Hungarian President and Prime Minister.
The war in Ukraine and infrastructure projects are high on the agenda during his meeting with PM Viktor Orban on Thursday.
Chinese investment in the country is soaring an President Xi is expected to visit some of the main sites of new factories.

Hungary has been used as a punching bag by the authoritarian EU for many years now (because they don't like independent, conservative sovereign countries). Hungary needed to open to the East to keep its economy moving while the West has been gradually destroying its own economies (orchestrated by the US). Hungary's strategic location offers China a gateway into the EU markets, so it's a win win situation for both countries. This way, Hungary can show the middle finger to the leftist/progressive/globalist EU leaders knowing that the China connection will assure it's independence and economic stability.
