Nicolas Maduro has been sworn in for a third term as Venezuela’s President, six months after an election he’s widely believed to have stolen.

As he was being inaugurated, the US marked the occasion by announcing a $25 million reward for information leading to his arrest. It’s also offering rewards for his interior and defence ministers and the UK is imposing sanctions on 15 top officials. Since the election, which the opposition says its candidate won by a landslide, its leaders have gone into hiding or exile to avoid being arrested.
