Myanmar’s junta chief made a rare request Saturday for foreign aid to cope with deadly floods that have displaced hundreds of thousands of people who have already endured three years of war. the request, however, is unlikely to be sincere according to Dr. Sasa, Myanmar’s exiled national unity government minister for international cooperation, who pointed to a similar demand back in 2008 after Cyclone Nargis killed more than 100,000 people. Authorities used the relief provided by other countries as weapons, Sasa said.

Actually, Although military junta is requesting the internation help, they are not real willing to help the civilian because even some of the area in the county are flooding, they are still doing to kill the some civilian area of the country with their fighter jets at the same time. so who will believe that they will really want to take the opportunities to stay and peace inside the county. that is so simple to know their behavior and thinking ways
