A new global reality for arid areas.
In Sicily, Italy for example they have drought, severe crippling drought. Their rain falls much like this – all at once.
To survive in these areas people will need to respond quickly to capture the deluge in tanks and pools and then either purify it for consumption or release it slowly for irrigation.
