The economy was more "affordable" under Trump, but no one had any money. The housing and construction industry was at a dead stop. The only jobs being created were low-wage service industry, like McDonalds. Bidenomics built factories with higher wages, and people have enough money to buy houses, now. They couldn't under Trump.
