Proove that he did NOT do it. Starting with his phone how he was in the area of the murders but did NOT murder them, he just got lost and circled around the houses/area there exactly while four people were murdered. How he threw his garbage in neighbours garbage but NOT because he threw out evidence, only because he felt sad for his neighbours empty garbage-bins. How his dna was on the sheath NOT because it was his sheath but because he has an obsession on sheaths and breaks into peoples houses to play with their sheaths and of course leaves his dna on them. I would love to see this much effort put on him if he was a black guy. Has it ever happened?

I've kept up with this case since the start and I've been doing some deep dives as of late. At the start with all the evidence and everything stacked up against Bryan Kohberger, I absolutely thought he was guilty ((and for the most part I still do)) but the more I learn the more I kinda question it. The defense uses the publicity of this case as the sole reason BK can't get a fair trial when the publicity has made people, including myself, question what they originally believed. Imo the trial should have stayed in Latah County and the house should not have been torn down…

The judge probably didn’t have a capital murder case that was in the national news and bent over backwards to be fair and punted the case to the neighboring county for trial. The Idaho Supreme Court will give the trial judge a deference in his decision since the defendant will still have a fair trial, except it will cost more money for the government.

Suspicious that the crime scene was allowed to be demolished before the case moved forward from preliminary proceedings. I've heard that a suspect besides Kohberger has ties to Idaho government officials and that's why this case is so disfunctional.
