Trump is a fool who lies to the American public all the time. Take for example his slogan "Drill, Baby, Drill" that he uses to describe his solution to the problem of the inflation. If you believe him, a larger production of oil will result in lower prices for everything. This is utter nonsense.
First of all, the USA under President Biden is already the biggest producer of oil worldwide. So, the desired effect should have already occured. But even more importantly, the USA do not possess the biggest oil reserves of the world like Trump claims in order to gain energy dominance. Instead, your country has 2.1 percent of the oil reserves of the world, which makes you only the number 11 producer. At the same time, you consume more than 20 percent of the oil worldwide. This means that your own reserves won't last longer than approximately five years. So, Trump's "solution" is a joke to win your vote. Greetings from Germany
