This guy who's doing most of the talking is totally clueless. One example is resources on the moon would only be used on the moon because even if there were ready gold bars just laying on the surface of the moon, it would cost more to just pick them up and return them to earth then the value of the gold! SpaceX won those contracts from NASA from multiple bidders because their price was less then half of what the other wanted. Take Boeing for example that received almost 2X for the development of starliner and because of all the delays/issue with the craft has put in over a billion extra to redo previous failed test on the fixed price contract from NASA that's milestone based. Also many other point he brought up regarding SpaceX are totally made up BS…

I got a billion dollars. I got a couple of choices:

A. Help 5000 students graduate college
B. Buy truckloads of medicine for children's hospitals across the US
C. Become an investor for small and medium family businesses and start ups
D. Spacewalk for clout

I'll choose D.
