the US Department of Justice (DOJ) is considering whether to prosecute Boeing over two deadly crashes involving its 737 Max aircraft.
The aviation giant breached the terms of an agreement made in 2021 that shielded the firm from criminal charges linked to the incidents, the DOJ said.
Boeing has denied that it violated the agreement.
The crashes – one in Indonesia in 2018, and another in Ethiopia in 2019 – killed a total of 346 people.

Boeing killed hundreds of people with their crappy planes. That deal should never have been made in the first place. Shame on the prosecutors for ever making it. Justice for the victims!
@verenmercer8586
Shielding gross negligence against accountability ONLY succeeds in proliferating MORE negligence! 😠👎
Boeing has UTTERLY become GARBAGE in terms of basic quality and safety!
@Lennybird91
This pleases me. I love how much work this DOJ is doing from Donald to Ticketmaster to Boeing. Keep it up!
@ibbledibble
Why were they given such an agreement in the first place? Appalling
@vincenttadealao682
Boeing has become an absolute disgusting company. It’s clearly that there are too many conflicts of interest to press charges against them. What a disgrace..
@68marconi
The dodgy culture at Boeing and its suppliers has been going on for years. There was undercover recording from a well known news source around 20 years ago – letting quality defects get through to meet deadlines, operators smoking and selling weed on site, and taking speed or coke to be awake due to long hours and overtime. Boeing just put a statement out at the time saying that these things did not happen and were not investigated by the aerospace authorities.
@AlexanderBunting-lv7ky
Shit myself from this notification
@lawrencecole6527
Boeing is in the MIC and there is no chance the Government MIC will charge itself for the death of some peasants.
@FrancoisTHX
Airbus be like 🥂
@JoeAverage2006
Really good documentary on this called Downfall: the case against Boeing. Really shows the problems with Boeings new leadership, and just how evil they have been. Amazed its taken this long to prosecute!
@jasonhewitt1129
Ok why is YouTube hiding this in the algorithm….? Needs more attention
@howdan1985
The US are absolute JOKE when it comes to their criminal failure to hold Boeing aka Too Big To Jail to account. Nearly 400 innocent passengers dead, 2 whistleblowers dead and another 200 passemgers' lives put at risk on the Alaska 737 earlier this year and what consequences has Boeing faced? Nothing.
@auro1986
bbc, boeing was too focused on military aircrafts like ah64
@ALessOffensiveName
I'm sure there's a guy who used to work there who would know all about that. Oh wait…. He died?! Well there's still a 2nd whistleblower. Oh wait… He died too?! Blowing whistles must be bad for your health.
@Errand_Lad67
Everything to save capitalism. Who cares about dead people or whistleblowers? Shareholders must be pleased.
@Harrywilkinscornwall
I’ve heard there’s a mysterious virus going around be careful
@owenbuddery3441
I think other Airlines in the UK need to go to Airbus aircrafts
@connachilvers4
Isn’t it also down to the airlines maintenance
@rufus30001
It is never too late. Thank God.
@ianklopper6992
Dont know why this video is getting such much less views compared to the other recently released videos.
@JamesFaye-lt4dv
Thats 346 people plus two witnesses. Prosecution is long over due
@QuietJugung
Considering?
@rizalarbee6051
Boeing should stop killing Whistleblower?
@genepatrick5325
Can you please put some more volume on these videos.
@devildevil2271
Made in the USA
@13Liberty50
Unions have always been a tool of organized crime These planes carry the Union label.
@dimamatat5548
Boeing should only make kamikaze planes from now on.
@texasgermancowgirl
As an American, yeah I will say this time is different. I don’t think the DOJ can not prosecute this time. It is too obvious and with now two dead whistleblowers – it’s not looking great, intentional deaths or not
@wildandbarefoot
Not telling pilots about the MCAS system was criminal negligence. They were trying to get around the need to train pilots to it.
@goufremutatamuzika
Yes yes👍👍
