Perhaps he’d rather just arrest them for committing a felony if they do vote. Do non citizens need to hear that?. California is a problem. Democrats designed websites for DMV and state benefits into voter registration making it hard to navigate out, if you don’t want to register. You almost have to. Then, they shield non citizens from being arrested and deported for committing felonies. We never benefit from our own tax money and vote on non of it. Propositions are lied about. It’s like Dems want CA to become a mad max movie with outlaws running the show. Obviously the Gov listens to special interest groups, not the people, ever!

It's too late to change the rules. The law is clear that they cannot vote, regardless of whether they are on the voter rolls. At a minimum, the appeals court should enter and order requiring that any ballots from non-citizens be isolated pending the court's final ruling.
