It has to be one of the world’s most mysterious, most macabre disappearances of a group of people. Ten years ago, 43 young trainee teachers studying at a Mexican college known for its history of radical left-wing activism vanished. Since then, many other police and military personnel and also high-level officials have been accused of crimes – many relatives believe in a full cover up. Reporters Laurence Cuvillier, Matthieu Comin and Ed Augustin revisited the missing Mexican students for France 24.
