Laurence Fox has been ordered to pay £90,000 in damages each to two people he referred to as “paedophiles”.
the actor-turned-politician from the UK lost a High Court libel case with Simon Blake, a former trustee for charity Stonewall, and drag artist Crystal.
The remarks on X, formerly Twitter, came in an exchange about a UK supermarket Sainsbury’s marking Black History Month.
Mrs Justice Collins Rice said the comments were “gross, groundless and indefensible”.

Way humans have evolved so he would in fact be a huge danger to humanity as these ways and ideas are taking hold and attracting more and more children. I see this as a political attack on the right wing. Libel is not ushually deployed in this way.

We should ALL be concerned as to why our national broadcaster covers this story and excludes the whole context. Fox was responding to the slur of being labelled 'racist' by these people by replying with what he felt was an equally damaging slur. Is this journalistic ineptitude or political bias?
